• DESCRIPTION

  • There are pre-set holding slots, capable for vertical process without jig block
  • No need for R.F.L. unit to filter the moisture, and no fear for oil spill
  • Matching height vises for you to set up operation series of several pieces from the same air source supply on 3 positions
  • Unique out-jaw design increases the clamping capacity
  • Safe clamping range: 8mm, i.e., prepare the jaw opening of max. 8mm more than the workpiece
  • The interior Semi-spherical segment creates locking angle to eliminate deflection of jaw plate and lift of workpiece
  • Even if the air supply is so low at 8kg/cm2, there is high clamping capacity of 90KN
  • It is adjustable to set up the clamping capacity from 0 to 90KN via a regulator

• SPEC
  • Six faces of vise body are grounded
  • Material:
    • Vise body: Rigid and tensile ductile Iron FCD-60 (80,000 psi), hard enough to avoid being deformed
    • Sliding surfaces are flame hardened to HS65ﾟ to maintain the accuracy
    • Jaws: S50C with Carburizing heat treated to achieve hardness of HRC54ﾟ
  • Remarks: The list under the column "X" of the spec table is the respective Clamping Force of each modle
